*To secure your requested date, a non-refundable down payment of 30% of your total balance is required. The remaining balance must be settled at least two weeks prior to your event. Please note that a late fee of 2% of the original subtotal will be applied for each day the payment is overdue.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit and any other payments made are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your event for a different date. Once the event concludes, the final bill will be deemed complete, and no refunds or reimbursements will be issued thereafter.
